Hi, I’m Edmund Zhang, a product and play designer from Singapore, currently based in Denmark.
I explore how playful thinking can be applied to everyday and societal situations, using it as a force to shape more preferable futures. This pursuit has led me to the MA Design for Play programme at Kolding School of Design, where beyond designing for play, I am interested in teaching people how to imagine and play again.
My work has been recognised by the President’s Design Award and Wallpaper* Next Generation Designer, and featured in publications including Dezeen, Wallpaper*, South China Morning Post, and The Straits Times.
